No, we offer free delivery throughout the EU - with the exception of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, and the Canary Islands!

Customers living in Denmark can expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day. For orders to Sweden and Finland, the expected delivery time is 1-4 business days, and for the rest of the EU, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
We offer 100 days of free return for unused products. If there are signs of the product being used, the right to return or exchange the product is forfeited.
To start a return, please login to your customer account here. Select the order you wish to return from your order history, select the item to return, and click "Request return". Please use the return label already provided in your original order for the return shipment.

You can also start a return by contacting us at customer@kristineeline.dk and state your order number and your reason for the return.
We kindly ask you to use the return label included in your original order for the return shipment. If you do not have this return label, please mention it in your email to receive a new free return label.

At the moment, we offer delivery to all locations within the EU, except for the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Cyprus, Malta, the Åland Islands, and the Canary Islands.

When you are ready to proceed to checkout and can see your products in the cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout." You will now have the option to add a discount code to your order.
Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
No, at the moment we do not have a physical store, but we have a number of retailers who would love to have you visit.

If you have received the wrong product, please kindly send an email to customer@kristineeline.dk with your order number and information about the style you have received.
As soon as we receive your request, we will ensure that you receive your original order.
If you've received a defective item, please email us at customer@kristineeline.dk or submit a claim through your customer login along with a photo of the item. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
All prices are charged in DKK (Danish Kroner).
