Terms and Conditions - Version 1.1 dated 24 January 2022.

Unless otherwise specified, the Danish Sales Act applies.

payment

Kristine Eline accepts payment with Mobilepay, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Dankort/Visa-Dankort. Payment is only deducted when the item has been dispatched.

All prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner) incl. 25% VAT.

delivery

Kristine Eline offers free delivery on all purchases!

 

Customers living in Denmark can expect to receive their order within 1-3 working days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Kristine Eline strives for orders to be placed before 14:00 is dispatched the same day on weekdays. Order placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following business day. For orders to Sweden and Finland, the expected delivery time is 1-4 working days and for the rest of the EU the delivery time is 5-7 working days.

 

We currently offer delivery to all locations within the EU with the exception of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Cyprus, Malta, the Åland Islands and the Canary Islands. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but in special circumstances there may be a delay. You can track your order via your shipment confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking ID, please contact us directly at customer@kristineeline.dk

 

If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done as soon as possible after receipt via e-mail to customer@kristineeline.dk.

Pre-orders will be processed in the same way as regular orders, but shipped at a later date. The expected delivery date will be specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

For orders containing goods in stock and pre-order goods, the products will be sent separately, so that you receive the goods we have in stock as soon as possible.

return and refund

Kristine Eline offers a 100-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. After this period, a full right of return or exchange cannot be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in original packaging and with original tags.
In order to approve your return, we require documentation of the purchase.

If you wish to return an order, please send an e-mail to customer@kristineeline.dk with your order number and the reason for your return.

We ask that you use the return label included with your order for the return shipment. If you do not have this return label, please state this in your email to receive a new free return label.

As soon as your return item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email with confirmation that we have received your return shipment. We will also confirm any approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible and you will automatically have your payment credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for a different item or size, please return your purchase by following the return policy above and place a new order for the desired product.

Please note that we will only exchange the item if it is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in original packaging and with original tags

right of complaint

If it turns out that a received item has a defect, you have the right, according to the Sales Act, to choose between several solutions within 24 months of the purchase.

Your options are:

– You can have your item repaired

– You can exchange your item

If none of the above solutions are possible, we will offer a full refund for the defective product.

As soon as we have received your inquiry we will arrange for a repair, exchange or refund.

processing of personal data

Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you.

When you use our website, we collect and process a range of personal information. This happens e.g. by general access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber or make a purchase via the website.

As a registered customer of Kristine Eline ApS, you have the right, in accordance with current legislation, to object to the registration and to gain insight into information that we have registered about you.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, geographic location, and which pages you click on.

To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or when making a purchase.

cookies - what are they?

A cookie is a text file that is saved on the user’s computer, mobile or tablet when a website is visited.

A cookie does not contain personal data. The file may contain information that is deemed relevant for the user’s experience when visiting the website.

The cookie file can, for example, record login and special settings, perform statistics and target ads.

Kristine Eline ApS uses cookies to remember which products have been placed in the basket, as well as to optimize the user-friendliness of the website.
