Customers living in Denmark can expect to receive their orders within 1-2 business days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Kristine Eline aims to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following business day. For orders to Sweden and Finland, the expected delivery time is 1-4 business days, and for the rest of the EU, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
At present, we offer delivery to all locations within the EU, except for the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Cyprus, Malta, the Åland Islands, and the Canary Islands.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible after placing it by emailing customer@kristineeline.dk.
pre-order
Pre-orders will be processed in the same manner as regular orders but will be shipped at a later date. The expected delivery date will be specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. For orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, the products will be shipped separately so that you receive the in-stock item as soon as possible.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible after placing the order by emailing customer@kristineeline.dk.
Kristine Eline offers a 100-day return policy from the date of purchase. After this period, full refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.

Kristine Eline offers beautiful packaging on all orders, which includes:
1. Black acid-free tissue paper neatly folded around the item(s).
2. Tied with black/white cotton ribbon.
3. A black envelope made of 100% recycled paper for the receipt.
4. The package is shipped in our black shipping bag made of 100% recycled plastic to prevent water and dirt from damaging the clothes during shipment.
