Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, we offer free delivery throughout the EU - with the exception of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, and the Canary Islands!

When can I expect to receive my order?

Customers living in Denmark can expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days after it is dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day. For orders to Sweden and Finland, the expected delivery time is 1-4 business days, and for the rest of the EU, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.

How do I return or exchange a product?

We offer 100 days of free return for unused products. If there are signs of the product being used, the right to return or exchange the product is forfeited.

If you wish to return or exchange the product, please send an email to customer@krisitneeline.dk with your order number and the reason for your return. If you no longer have the return label that came with your order, please mention this in the email to receive a new free return label.

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we offer delivery to all locations within the EU, except for the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Cyprus, Malta, the Åland Islands, and the Canary Islands.

Do you have a physical store?

No, at the moment we do not have a physical store, but we have a number of retailers who would love to have you visit.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you have received the wrong product, please kindly send an email to customer@kristineeline.dk with your order number and information about the style you have received.
As soon as we receive your request, we will ensure that you receive your original order.

What should I do if I receive a product with a defect?

If you have received a product with a defect, please kindly send an email to customer@kristineeline.dk with your order number and photo documentation of the defect.

As soon as we receive your request, we will arrange for the exchange of the item.

Which currency is used for online transactions?

All prices are charged in DKK (Danish Kroner).

How do I use a discount code?

When you are ready to proceed to checkout and can see your products in the cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout." You will now have the option to add a discount code to your order.

Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

How long is my discount code or giftcard valid for?

When you receive your discount code or a giftcard, you will be informed about the expiration date.
